This website is operated by Cypress Media Productions, LLC ("CMP," "we," "us"), a podcast production and content marketing company based in Florida. When this policy says "the site," it means cypressmediaproductions.com and its pages.

• Contact and booking form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company or role, what you are interested in, and what you tell us about your business.
• Free resource sign-ups: your name and email address when you request a guide or download, such as Before You Hit Publish.
• Podcast Signal Check: your contact details and answers when you take our free diagnostic.
• Emails and calls: anything you choose to share when you contact us directly.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and block spam and abuse. We do not use advertising trackers or sell-your-data style analytics on this site.

Our newsletter

When you request a free guide, book a call, or take the Podcast Signal Check, you are added to our email newsletter. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply or email us at any time to be removed. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

• We do not rent or trade our contact lists.
• We do not share your information with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. These include:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and processes form submissions.
• Postmark, which delivers form submissions to us and sends the resources and emails you request.
• Google Workspace, where we receive email and keep our contact and newsletter lists.
• Netlify, which hosts the Podcast Signal Check diagnostic.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.

Embedded content and outside links

Some pages include embedded videos or audio from YouTube and Spotify. When you play or load that content, those companies may collect information about you under their own privacy policies. The same applies to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and to our Podcast Signal Check tool, which runs on a separate platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of outside sites, so we encourage you to review their policies.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and abuse. Embedded YouTube or Spotify content may set its own cookies when it loads.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and sign-up information for as long as it is useful for the purpose you gave it to us, or until you ask us to delete it. Client records are kept as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• correct it,
• delete it, or
• stop sending you marketing emails.
